Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia The Ethiopian Public health institute now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for supply of spare parts & maintenance service for Negative pressure systems of Laboratories at different location of Ethiopia. Bidding will be conducted through the Internationalcompetitive bidding processand is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Bidding Documents.
1. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement & Finance Directorate at Ethiopian Public health institute. The Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours 8:30 AM up to 5:00 PM.
2. Qualifications requirements include: country of manufacture of the Goods licensed by the regulatory authority in the country of manufacture to supply the Goods, inspection certificate, Supplier registration certificate from Regulatory Agency and Manufacturer Authorization of the goods required. Renewed Trade license, VAT Certificate TIN, Clearance certificate required for local Agents. A margin of preference for goods manufactured in Ethiopia and local companies shall be applied. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents.
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee 200 amount in ETB The method of payment will be in cash The Hard copy of Bidding Documents will be ready and interested bidders are expected to collect the bid document in person
4. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before at 2:15 pm, 07 April 2022. Late bids will be rejected return unopened.
5. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 2:30 pm, 07 April 2022.
6. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 100,000 Ethiopian Birr or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
7. The Ethiopian Public health institute reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all or partial bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
8. Bidders shall submit financial & technical offer in a separate envelopes.
