1. An evaluation criteria amendment

• For (Medroxyprogesterone Acetate– 150mg/ml vial – injection(Aqueous Suspension)
• Manufacturers shall have Valid WHO prequalification with the manufacturing site listed on and before tender closing date, otherwise it will be rejected.
• For syringe (3 ml) 21G needle
  • Valid (renewed)EFDA/EFDA GMP/CE/US-FDA product certificate.

3. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
