Amendment and Extension is made on the tender reference number mentioned above as follows:-
The Active ingredient which was stated on the bid document Section 6.Statment of requirement, B. The technical specification+ Technical offer + compliance sheet, the active ingredient/chemical stated as ‘Deltamethrin’ is now amended to ‘All active ingredients’ which are prequalified by WHO and GF on the recent version on tender closing date.
The tender closing and opening date and time mentioned under ITB 26.1 and ITB 29.1 are extended to April 20/2023, 2.00PM and 2.30PM respectively, whereas the other parameters remain the same as stated in the bid document.
