Subject: – Clarification on Tender with ref. no. ICB/EPSS6/RDF/MD/ORHB/16/23

Dear Sirs,

Reference is made to your clarification request dated on July 28, 2023 G.C. We hereby clarify that:-

1. As clearly indicated on section 3. Evaluation Methodology and Criteria, the bidders must submit product certificate at the time of bid submission and certificate evaluation will be done as per the below priorities;
2. First priority: Valid product specific certificate from EFDA (for Quoted Model) & Valid product specific CE certificate from SRA region (or WHO certificate for Refrigerator);
3. Second priority: Valid product specific CE certificate from SRA region (or WHO certificate for Refrigerator);
4. For laundry machine: Valid product certificate of Directive 426/2016/Full Product Quality Assurance from SRA region
5. The sample will be provided by the bidders based on official request from our company.
6. The bidders’ compliance sheet must be as per the format indicated on “section 6.
