Dear Sirs/Madam,

Reference is made to a letter dated 24^th July, 2023 by which you asked clarification on the part of bidding document of the above captioned tender number regarding item no.21 (Human Anti-rabies Vaccine unit), Shelf life, Incoterms, Sedex membership and payment term.

It is clearly stated in the bidding document that the unit of item no 21 as ‘Each and thus the pack size determination is up to your company. The product shelf life shall be as per the bidding document and the shipment is as per the incoterms stated and the payment term that will be quoted by the bidders shall be unconfirmed Irrevocable LC. Finally the recommendation is registration on sedex for the membership.
