Subject: – Bid Opening & Closing Date Extension and Clarifications

Dear Sirs/Madam

We highly appreciate your interest to participate on the tender captioned above and reference is made to your kind request.

We hereby clarify that;-

24. As clearly indicated on ITB 24.1 the bidders must submit two hard copy and one soft copy of their bidding document in addition to original of the bid.

• Softcopy of their bidding document must include starting from the 1^st front page to the last back page.

1. The requested product certificate for Laundry Machine is Valid Product Certificate of Directive 426/2016 or Full Product Quality Assurance Certificate from SRA Region as per the link herewith EUROPA – European Commission – Growth – Regulatory policy – SMCS.
2. The Public Body has an approved budget toward the cost of the procurement described in this tender which is deposited from the regional health bureau and the Public Body intends to use these funds to place a Contract for which these Bidding Documents are issued.
3. The Bid Closing and Opening date is extended to September 04, 2023 GC 2:00 pm & 2:30 pm respectively.
