Subject; -Amendment and Response for clarification request
Dear Sir/Madam
Thank you for your interest in participating on the above mentioned tender. You have requested clarification on the above mentioned tender; the clarification response is stated as follows:-
1 .For item No. 2 (Blood collecting tube-PL K2EDTA, 4ml) the item description is Blood Collecting Tube – PL K2 EDTA, 4 ml with vacuum
The item description and specification for item No.3 (Vacutainer Needle – Multiple Blood Sampling, 21G -), 4 (Plastic dropper – Non sterile size hold 7ml of liquid with graduated marking in 0.5ml increments) and 5 ( Capillary Tube, Ethylene Diamine Tetra Acetic Acid ( EDTA), 75mm Length, 1.1-1.2 Internal diameter, 1.5-1.6mm Outside Diameter) are as per the bid document.
The following points in the bid document are also amended as follows:
Each local agent shall only be authorized by one bidder for the participation of the bid if local agent authorized by more than one bidder, the bidders shall be disqualified.
Item no 1.Clothianidin 50%W/W – 150, the awarded Bidder shall carry out pre- shipment testing and the official result shall be delivered to EPSS and the cost of the testing will be covered by the bidder.
N.B: others terms and conditions of the bid will remain the same.
