Subject: Response to clarification requests

Dear Sirs/Madam,

Reference is made to the clarification requests on the above captioned tender number regarding item no 60 (Epoetin Beta – 4000 IU – Injection) & bid closing/opening date and others. Accordingly we hereby clarify that;

1. For item no 60 (Epoetin Beta – 4000 IU – Injection),
2. The unit of measurement is pack of 6 vials.
3. The total shelf life greater than or equal to 2 years/24 months.
4. Incoterms for air shipment is FCA & for sea shipment FOB.
5. Payment term shall be unconfirmed irrevocable letter of credit (L/C)
6. Tender closing/opening date is extended to 06 December 2023 at 2:00pm and 2:30pm after

noon respectively.

3. Bidding document ITB 12.8 &12.9 the price is fixed for the period of three years framework

agreement.

All the other terms, conditions, criteria and requirements are remain the same as in the bidding documents.
