Sub: Amendment on the Bidding Document and Tender Closing/Opening Date Extension.

Dear Sirs/Madams,

Thank you for your interest for the participation of the above captioned tender.

Please be informed that an amendment is made to

1. Part 1 section 3, subsection 48.1 Preliminary Qualifications and Capability of the Bidder under I is amended as “Each local agent shall only be authorized by one bidder for the same quoted product in a bid, otherwise the bidders will be rejected. An agent can be authorized by two or more bidders for different quoted products in a bid.”
2. Part 2, Section 6: Statement of requirement under A, technical specification-general requirement of the bidding document, the following items described in the table below are added(included) to this tender hence, the bidders are required to adjust their bid documents accordingly before the submission due date.

The closing and opening date and time of the tender are extended to Feb 16, 2024; 2:00 PM and 2:30 PM respectively and the bid price and bid security validity period shall consider the extended closing/opening date accordingly.
