Subject: Amendement on the bidding document and Bid Closing/opening date extension

1. The following item is added in the above captioned tender reference number:-

1. Product Specification requirements Amendement

For item No. 8; -Blood transfusion set (Adult)

• Soft and kink resistant, Sterile, Non toxic pyrogen free, PVC blood transfusion set

• Needle size 18G, can drop 20 drops/ml
• Standard blood transfusion set contain 170-200 micron filters
• Strong sleek and sharp spike, fitted with spike protector, without air vent
• Double drip clearly visible chamber facilitates visual access and rapid adjustment of fluid level
• Designed roller (thumb) controller offer accurate regulation of infusion rate
• Tube length not less than 1.3m

1. The Bid closing and opening date and time is extended to April 11, 2024, Whereas other terms and conditions, evaluation criteria and requirements of the bidding document will remain the same.

NB: The price validity and bid bond validity need to be considered from extended bid closing/opening date.
