Dear Sir/Madam,
We highly appreciate your interest to participate on the tender captioned above and reference is made to your kind request.
You are kindly requested to give your quotation as per ITB 15.2, which state, “the Bidder may express the Bid price in any currency. If the Bidder wishes to be paid in a combination of amounts in different currencies, it may quote its price accordingly but shall use no more than three foreign currencies in addition to the currency of the Purchaser’s Country.” In addition to these, asper the ITB 15.1 “The Bidder is required to quote in the currency of the Purchaser’s Country the portion of the Bid price that corresponds to expenditures incurred in that currency.”
