180 Mechanical Ventilators Distributed
Debebe Gebeyehu, head of Adama Central Medical Equipment Warehouse Team, said the Adama Pharmaceutical Agency has been distributing 180 mechanical ventilators to the intensive care unit.
According to Debebe, the distribution will be carried out at the Covenant 19 Medical Center, Yeka Kotebe, Field Coved 19 Medical Center, Peter, Paul and Abet Hospitals for the Millennium Hall. The distribution will be distributed to Amhara, Oromia, Somali, Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples, Benishangul-Gumuz, Gambella, Harari and Dire Dawa city administrations. The distribution vans are medical equipment purchased from the Korean government to protect and control 19 others.
Dawit Tamre, Representative of St. Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical College Pharmacy Medical Institution Store, said the Ventlers have been handed over from the Ethiopian Pharmaceutical Agency to their executives and will be ready for use by professionals.
