Members of the media visit Hawassa branch
Members of government and private media organizations visited the Hawassa branch office, warehouse and incinerator on December 7, 2019.
Zemen Legesse, the branch manager, briefed visitors on the services the branch provides underscoring the fact that the branch serves 505 health facilities.
He stated that the branch has 4,500 m3 of pharmaceuticals storage and 3,090 m3 of palate, denoting that the branch can load four vehicles at a time.
Upon their visit of the incinerator, members of the media were informed that the compound where the incinerator has been planted takes up 5,000 m2. They also learned that it incinerates 500kg per hour and its incinerating capacity is 1,400 degree centigrade.
The Agency’s Public Relations and Communication Director, Adina Berie, briefed participants on the services provided to customers through the Agency’s website.
