Southern Cluster
Southern cluster is one of EPSA’s seven clusters comprising of Hawassa, Arbaminch and Negeleborena branches. The branches share joint goals and objectives under the umbrella of the cluster. Supportive supervision checklist has been developed to follow up performances of the branches and to take lessons from best performers. Staff satisfaction survey has been conducted for the cluster.
Southern cluster provides Pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, supplies and laboratory reagents to people of Somali, Oromia and Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples’ Regional states.
The cluster serves 22 zones, 207 woredas and 913 public health facilities, among which Hawassa branch caters to the needs of half of the health facilities. Hawassa branch is one of the oldest branches of the agency acting as a hub for Arbaminch and Negelleborena branches.
