Tesfahun Abre, Head of the Drug and Medical Devices Distribution Team, said the Ethiopian Pharmaceutical Agency has distributed the 7th round of CVD-19 medical inputs to prevent and control the disease.
The team leader recalled that the agency has distributed inputs in various rounds since the outbreak of CVD-19 in our country and said that the distribution of inputs has been done for the 7th time.
Among the distributed materials are over 5.1 million surgical face masks, about 90,000 N-95 face masks, about 19,000 face shields, and over 5,000 eye goggle. , Cover all with hood, Isolation gown and Hand sanitizer, he said.
According to Tesfahun, the distribution was distributed to all regions at a cost of 137 million 416,724 birr.
He recalled that the agency distributed more than 207 million worth of preventive and controlled medical inputs, including the CV 19 vaccine, medical equipment and medicines in the first week of August, according to the distribution.
