The Public Relations and Communication Directorate handles both internal and external communication. The directorate uses multiple communication tools and channels to reach out to its target audience. The directorate reports to the Director General. The major areas of focus include: building the Agency’s image, campaign and events organization and management, forging blossoming relations with stakeholders, optimizing print, electronic and social media usage, and production and distribution of promotional materials. Building the staff’s sense of belonging and making it easy for stakeholders to communicate with the Agency are also the directorate’s major goals.
