The Directorate handles the most important of all the resources – human resources. As human resource has the capacity to come up with ingenious methods to optimize the use of material and financial resources, it has a major bearing on organizational performance. Accordingly, the administration and development of this vital resource plays a key role in raising the Agency’s performance. The main activities of the directorate include: employee recruitment, employee transfer, internal promotion, building the capacity of employees, providing employees with induction training and handling administrative issues.
